Slow Dining restaurant, under the management of chef Nitai Yahlum, is a meeting point that combines the fast and the slow, the meticulous and the free, between the city and the village. The evening menu is based on fish, fresh pasta, vegetables and plants and on seasonal produce from the surrounding farms, farms and fields. The cafe is open from morning to brunch which lasts until 15:00, in between and throughout the day they serve good coffee, wine from the nearby wineries and delicacies from the deli.

The restaurant is located in Kibbutz Moran and is designed in an eclectic style with good music playing in the background and a magical atmosphere.
